How it works
Step 1

Step 2
It will start a download and a new file will be saved on your pc, typically your Downloads folder
Step 3
Execute the file by double clicking
Step 4
A new screen will open asking for your information so we can identify and contact you
Step 5
A security engineer will attend the emergency request, and will start assessing your issues
